Angela Favre, lovingly known as Angie, passed away on August 10, 2024, surrounded by her family after a courageous battle with cancer. She was beloved financing officer at City Auto Sales for 26 years, where she dedicated her career with passion and commitment. Born on July 16, 1974, in Memphis TN, Angie touched the lives of many with her infectious and kind heart.
Throughout her life, Angie cherished simple moments like traveling with her husband, admiring sunsets at the river, and sharing her beautiful smile with everyone she met. Her spunky sassy nature, coupled with a heart of gold, endeared her to all who knew her. Angie's loved ones remember her as a spitfire who loved unconditionally, especially her grandchildren, whom she adored spending time with.
Angie took great joy in swimming, riding on a motorcycle, creating content on TicTok, and most of all, being with her grandchildren. Her proudest accomplishments were becoming a mother and grandmother, roles she cherished above all else.
Angie's memory will forever be treasured by her husband, John Alton Favre, Sr., her sons John Alton Favre, Jr. and Jerald Nathan Favre (Sable), her grandsons John Wayne Favre and Hudson Lewis Favre, her sisters Rebecca Baldwin and Hope Hutsell, and her father Gerald Edward Underwood. She will also be deeply missed by her close friend Dori Norcross and a host of other close friends.
In honoring Angie's life, a Visitation will be held on August 16, 2024, from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM, followed by a Funeral Service at Twin Oaks Memorial Gardens & Funeral Home in Southaven, MS. Angie's impact on those around her will continue to be felt, as she never met a stranger and left a lasting impression on all who had the privilege of knowing her.
Angie's legacy of love and unwavering strength will live on through the memories shared by her family and friends. May she rest in peace, knowing she has left a profound and lasting mark on all those she met.
