Billy Joe Vanzant

Billy Joe Vanzant, 66, went home to be with the Lord on January 15, 2020, he pasted at his residence surrounded by his loving family. Family will be reciveing friends on Wednesday, January 22, 2020 starting at 12:00 p.m. until 1:00 p.m. with a service immediately following at Twin Oaks Memorial Gardens (290 Goodman Road East Southaven, MS). Interment will be held at Forest Hill Memorial Park (2545 E Holmes Rd, Memphis, TN 38118). Twin Oaks Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Billy was born on April 24, 1953 in North Little Rock, Arkansas. He graduated high school at Overton High in Memphis, Tennessee. Billy was a member of Elliston Baptist Church. Two his favorite hobbies were fishing, especially bass fish, and music. Most of all he loved his wife and son more than anything. Billy will truly be missed.
Billy is survived by his wife of 44 and a half years, Wanda Vanzant; and son Bradley Joe Vanzant.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Bill and Wanda Vanzant; and grandparents.
