BOBBY SIMPSON,
80, was born March 5, 1936 in Bethlehem, AR and passed away July 12, 2016 at Baptist Memorial Hospital-North Mississippi in Oxford. Mr. Simpson was a retired heavy equipment operator for Texas Gas Transmission, was a member of LaBelle Haven Baptist Church in Olive Branch, MS, and was an Army veteran. He is survived by his wife of 55 years, Lillian Peel Simpson of Southaven; two sons, Kevin Simpson and his wife, Holly of Biloxi, MS and Charles Simpson and his wife, Janet Little Simpson of Southaven; one daughter, Melanie Simpson Driskell and her husband, Jim of Georgia; six grandchildren, Derrick and his wife, Michelle, Cody, Gage, Garrett, Taylor, and Addyson; and three great grandchildren, Kaden, Kipton, and Hudson. He was preceded in death by his daughter, Era Christine Simpson. Visitation will be
Thursday, July 14, 2016 from 6-8 p.m.
at Twin Oaks Funeral Home. The service will be
Friday, July 15, 2016 at 1 p.m.
at the funeral home with burial in Twin Oaks Memorial Gardens in Southaven.
