Brian Gene Campbell, a beloved husband, father, uncle, and friend, passed away suddenly on March 20, 2026, in Olive Branch, Mississippi. Born on March 12, 1963, in Flint, Michigan, Brian's life was defined by his unwavering love for family, his kind and generous spirit, and his steadfast faith.
Brian worked diligently as a printer from 1981 until his passing, lending his skilled hands and sharp mind to numerous esteemed companies including Insco, Memphis Printing, Wilson Graphics, Master Graphics, CMYK, Weatherall, Quality UltraPrint, Central Imaging & Printing, Simmons Graphics, CCL, and Paulsen Printing, among others. His mechanically inclined nature and his knack for fixing things were not only hallmarks of his career but also gifts he freely shared with those around him, always ready to help and support his family and community.
A man of warmth and a gentle presence, Brian was known for his kindness, outgoing spirit, and a humor that lightened many days. He had an endearing way of taking up space — filling rooms with laughter, love, and the comfort of his reassuring nature. Whether he was babying his dogs Maya and Bella, passionately yelling at the TV during Michigan football games, or tenderly caring for his fish, Brian’s devotion to the little joys of life was evident to all who knew him.
Brian's life revolved around the people he loved most. He was a devoted husband to Connie Campbell, a proud and loving father to Nikki (Sean) Carlson, and eagerly anticipated the arrival of his grandchild, Benjamin Alan Carlson—a joy he treasured deeply. He was always there for his mother and a peacemaker within his extended family, including his sister Valerie Coscia and nephews Joshua (Tanara) Campbell, Brian (Alex) Coscia, and Garrett (Brittany) Coscia. His circle of love extended to many aunts, uncles, and dear friends who cherished his prayerful and privately spiritual nature.
He cherished his daughter's church and held faith close to his heart, embodying a quiet strength that touched those around him profoundly. Family was Brian’s proudest accomplishment, a legacy of love and devotion witnessed by everyone fortunate enough to know him.
Services to honor Brian’s life will be held on March 27, 2026, from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at The Carter Memorial Chapel at Twin Oaks Funeral Home, located at 290 Goodman Road East in Southaven, Mississippi. This gathering will offer a moment for all who loved Brian to remember his kindness, his laughter, and the deep love he gave so freely.
Brian Gene Campbell will forever be remembered as a man who healed with his hands, steadied with his presence, and loved with his whole heart. His memory will live on through his spouse, Connie; daughter, Nikki; grandchild Benjamin Alan; sister Valerie; nephews Joshua, Brian, and Garrett; his devoted aunts and uncles; his cherished furbabies Maya and Bella; and an extended family and friends who will carry his spirit forward with love and gratitude.
Though Brian’s passing leaves a profound void, his legacy is a beacon of faith, generosity, and unyielding family devotion, inspiring all to live with the same kindness and strength he so naturally embodied.
