Brittany Michelle Conlee, 35 of Southaven, MS passed away March 10, 2021 in Memphis, Tennessee. Family will be receiving friends Monday, March 22, 2021 from 4:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. with a memorial service starting at 5:00 p.m. at Twin Oaks Funeral Home (290 Goodman Road East Southaven, MS 38671).
Brittany was born in Memphis, Tennessee on March 20, 2021. She spent her career life as a nurse. She attended the nursing program at Northwest Community College. During her career she obtained the Daisy Award, which was for nursing excellence. She worked as a nurse at Regional One and Baptist Desoto. As a nurse she loved to care for her patients. Her generous nature touched as many lives even in her passing as she was an organ donor. Her all time favorite color was orange and she loved butterflies. One of Brittany’s favorite holidays was Halloween. Brittany was also a huge animal lover and was proud to be a certified dog trainer. Some of her past times were reading and anything to do with Harry Potter. Most of all her biggest accomplishment was her son, Bentley. Brittany was a wonderful and one of a kind mother, daughter, sister, and friend. She will truly be missed by her contagious smile she would give to others.
Brittany was survived by her loving husband of 13 years, Carl Conlee, Jr.; son, Bentley Conlee; parents, Scott Alan Hudson and Patricia Hayes Wyatt (Lenny Wyatt, Sr.); siblings, Ian Strain, Patty Strain Andrews (Jerry), Daniel Strain (Lisa Nix), and Lenny Wyatt, II; mother-in-law, Tina Gill; sister-in-laws, Brianna Gill and Anelise Gill; grandparents, Harry Hayes (Sonia), Lloyd and Mary Hudson, and Janice Wyatt; partner in crime, Lacey Gibbs; and a host of uncles, aunts, cousins, nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Frances Casey and Leonard B. Wyatt; step-mother, Lisa Dye-Hudson; and her dog, Sr.Brutus Didinus.
