Cynthia “Cindy” Jo Capps, age 63, of Southaven, passed away Sunday, July 23, 2023 at her home. She was born on October 6, 1959 in Memphis, TN to the late Leon and Joann (Castalaw) McDaniel.
Cindy began working for Horn Lake City Hall when she was 15 years old, and retired about 10 years ago as a Deputy Court Clerk. She enjoyed collecting Mickey Mouse and Disney memorabilia, music art, and art in general, and decorative items the home and enjoyed walking her dog, Dusty, and talking to the neighbors.
Cindy is survived by her husband of nearly 41 years, Matthew D. Capps, and her sister, Laurie Griffin.
Services will be private.
