Jan Gardner, 86, went home on Wednesday, September 9, 2020.Twin Oaks Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Jan was born on August 12, 1934 in Lexington, Mississippi. She was a member of Whitehaven Baptist. She loved her family more than anything. Jan will be greatly missed for the unconditional love she gave, the smile that lit up a room, and the hugs that gave comfort and strength.

She is survived by her daughter, Crystal Martin; grandchildren, Amanda and Christopher Appleton and Zachary and Matthew McKenzie; great-grandchildren, Lathin and Caleb Davis, Jared Byrd, and Haeden Eastling; great great-grandchildren, Aiden, Abbygail and Kenzie Davis, and Grayson and Kayden Byrd; two brothers, Buddy and Ronnie Gardner.

Jan is preceded in death by her husband of 53 years, Curtis Gardner; parents, William and Ruby Harrison; and children, Christopher Appleton, Jimmy Westerfield, and Larry McKenzie.
Due to Covid-19 mandates Twin Oaks Memorial, Gardens & Funeral Home is not allowed to release service details. All services are considered private services and limited to the State of Mississippi and federal mandated number of guests.
