Kristin Marie Larsen

Kristin Marie Larsen, 43, of Brighton, TN joined her Lord and Savior on May 10, 2023 in Memphis, TN surrounded by family. Lovingly referred to as Kris, Sissy, and Aunt Sissy, she is the daughter of Anthony and Melodee DiFillippo of Como.

Kristin enjoyed anything outdoors. She loved nature, had a passion for animals, loved people, and most importantly, Jesus. She was a wife, mother, daughter, aunt, and a truly amazing sister. She was always willing to give a shoulder to cry on, dish out advice, and stand up for others. She will be remembered for her quick-witted sense of humor, delicious cooking, and tight hugs.

Kristin was preceded in death by her loving husband, Brian Larsen.

She leaves behind her parents Anthony and Melodee DiFilippo, her sisters: Michele Gill, Nicole Lanshaw, Melissa Aguilera, Constance Harbin, and Faith Harbin, her brothers: Anthony DiFillippo, Michael DiFillippo, and Thomas DiFillippo, her sons: Michael Stinnett, Jonathan Stinnett, Kevin Larsen, and Ryan Larsen, her daughter: Brianna Larsen, her granddaughter: Adalyn Mae Stinnett, her nieces: Alessandria Turner and Isabella Aguilera, and her nephews: Anthony Turner, Parker Wilson, Brantley Green, Brayden Gill and Giovanni Aguilera.

Services will be held June 17, 2023 at Como United Methodist Church with Pastor Milton Whatley officiating. Visitation will be from 1pm-2pm with the service to follow. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorials be made to the Humane Society of America.
