Larry Edward Byrd, 86, passed away on Monday, December 30, 2019 in Southaven, Mississippi. Twin Oaks Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Larry was born on February 23, 1933 in Biloxi, MS. He enjoyed woodworking. Larry’s favorite type of music was good ole fashion country music. Larry loved his family most of all. He will truly be missed by those closest to him.
Larry Byrd is survived by his loving wife of 63 years, Janice Byrd; daughter, Kathleen B (Lawrence) Wood; grandchildren, Ian Byrd, Leslie Puggi, Kristen Prewitt, and Jessica Hard; 8 great-grandchildren; sisters, Sue Heidelberg and Hilda McKee.
Larry is preceded in death by his son, Larry E. Byrd; parents, Eugene and Vera Byrd; 3 brothers and one sister.
