Mary Catherine “Kitty” Ussery
, 79, passed away February 16, 2017. Kitty is survived by her husband, Jack; her daughters, Pam Ashmore (Tony) and Gaye Pitts (Bob); her grandchildren, Stephanie Kimzey (Mike), Brooke Turner, Wesley Burrow and Win Burrow; and her great grandchildren, Madilyn and Colton Kimzey. She is also survived by her brother, Rodney Wood (Peg); her sister in law, Jamie Vorhof; nephew, Gary Wood and niece, Jennifer Sparks. She is preceded in passing by her parents, Charlie and Catherine Elkin and nephew, David Wood.
Kitty was a member of Goodman Oaks Church of Christ. Graveside services will be held at
1:00 p.m., Thursday, Feb. 23rd
at Twin Oaks Memorial Gardens in Southaven with Dr. Derek McNamara officiating. In lieu of flowers, please contribute to the charity of the donor’s choice.
