Mattie F. Chrestman

Mattie F Anthony Chrestman age 93, of Southaven, MS died on September 3, 2021 at Yalobusha Nursing Home. Born July 4, 1928, in Water Valley Mississippi. She was daughter of Eddie A and Fannie Hall Anthony. She was a member of Carriage Hill Baptist Church of Southaven, MS outreach leader for joy n Faittis Clarr.

Family will be receiving friends on Tuesday, September 7, 2021 from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. with a funeral service following at 11:00 a.m. at Carriage Hills Baptist Church in Southaven, MS with her pastor Bro Matt Bradley. Burial will be at Oakhill Cemetery in Water Valley.

Her nephews will be her pallbearers; Steve Chrestman Claude Anthony, Jerry W. Anthony, Richy J, James D. Anthony Whitehead, Dan Whitehead.

She is survived by her children, John Chrestman, Tony (Charlotte) Chrestman, Debbie and Russ Evan, 5 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband of 56 years, Floyd L. Chrestman; 5 brothers, James, Russel, Robert, Billy J., and Gene Anthony.
