Mrs. Frances B. Clifford

Mrs. Frances B. Clifford, 90, of Southaven, MS, passed away on Sunday, June 10, 2018 at her residence, located in Southaven. She was born on February 27, 1928 in Henderson, TN to the late John L. Braly and Virginia Burkhead Braly.
Mrs. Clifford’s favorite past time was fishing. She loved reeling in the fish while the warm sun brushed her cheeks, while overlooking the water. Although she loved fishing, nothing could make her as happy as being around her family. Family and grandchildren were her number one priority in life; her heart was full when her grandchildren were present. Her family says she made the best banana pudding around.
She is survived by her son, Tony A. Clifford of Southaven, MS; one daughter, Mona G. Jones (Daniel), of Southaven, MS; one grandchild, Lori Goodwin of Horn Lake, MS; and three great grandchildren, Payton, Austin- Scott, Jonah Austin- Wilkerson, and Charley Harper-Lee Goodwin.
She was preceded in death by her husband of fifty-two years, Horace Clifford, her parents, two brothers, John Braly and Ling Braly; two sisters, Karen Fiveash and Betty Jo Mathis; and one grandchild, Jenny Lynn Austin.
The family will have a private graveside service at a later date.
