Nancy Carol Holcomb

Nancy Carol Holcomb, age 68, of Olive Branch, passed away at her home on Wednesday, May 31, 2023 surrounded by her family. She was born in Memphis, TN on August 27, 1954 to Carol Ann (Schneider) Brannon and the late Jesse Ardel Marcus.
Nancy retired from the United States Navy where she worked as a yeoman, a member of Brookside Church where she helped with Vacation Bible School and other activities, and was also a member of the Olive Branch Shrine Club Ladies Auxiliary. She loved to read, crochet, do needlepoint, and arts and crafts in general, but most of all enjoyed spending time with her family.
In addition to her father, Nancy is preceded in death by her brothers Jesse “Bubba” Marcus, Jr. and Chris Brannon.
In addition to her mother, Nancy will be remembered by her beloved husband of 38 years, Terry Holcomb, daughter Stephanie McManic, stepsons Joel Lee Holcomb (Rebecca) and Johnny Lee Holcomb, five granddaughters, sister Patty McLaughlin (Ron), and her stepfather, Joe F. Brannon, Sr.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 6, 2023 at Brookside Church, 4993 MS-302 East, Olive Branch, MS from 12:00 pm until the time of the service at 1:00 pm. Burial will follow at Twin Oaks Memorial Gardens.
