Robert Skerik Evans, age 59, of Southaven, passed away Sunday, September 24, 2023 at Methodist Hospital in Memphis. He was born on March 21, 1964 to the late Calvin Rana “Robert” and Betty Ann (Skerik) Evans.
Bobby worked in maintenance at the Memphis Country Club and enjoyed NASCAR, college football with Alabama being his favorite team, cooking, reading, watching tennis, and watching The History Channel as he was a big history buff.
Bobby will be lovingly remembered by his wife of 18 years, Lynn (Igleheart) Evans, daughters Lauren Gable (Ryan Davis), Audrey Evans, Chelsea Woodward, and Megan Horn, grandchildren Mason Gable, Ryan Davis, Jr., Landon Sedgewick, Paxton Evans, Charlotte Evans, and Kylee Stalnaker, sisters Erica Etheridge (David), Rana Garrison (David), Dale Hansen (Eric), and his three canine fur babies Buster, Beau, and Bella.
Visitation will be on Friday, September 29, 2023 from 1:00 pm until the time of the memorial service at 2:00 pm.
