Robert Eugene Whitehead, Jr., 72 years old, died May 5, 2024 at Baptist Memorial DeSoto Hospital in Southaven. He was born January 7, 1952. He was a retired card dealer from Horseshoe Casino in Robinsonville, MS. Twin Oaks Funeral Home is handling the arrangements.

He was preceded in death by his parents Robert Eugene Whitehead, Sr. and Earnestine Taylor Whitehead of Oxford, MS, and his sister Anne Whitehead, also of Oxford MS.

He is survived by his wife Debbie Whitehead of Walls, MS, his sons Chris Whitehead, Dustin Whitehead, of Walls, MS, and daughter Heather Blair and her husband Jason Blair of Eagleville, TN; step-daughters Mandy Bryan and her husband Cole Bryan of Eads, TN, Melissa Rowland and her husband Cody Rowland of Columbia, TN; grandchildren Carter Blair, Harper Kate Blair, Chloe Whitehead, and step-grandchildren Tyler Bryan, Lance Bryan, Jaxson Rowland, Jacoby Rowland, and Caleah Rowland.

A Celebration of Life will be arranged at a later date.
