Tim Edge

Timothy Earl Edge, 68, of Southaven passed away October 6, 2017 in Memphis, TN. He was born on April 6, 1949 in Mobile, AL to Earl and Lorene Edge. Tim was a veteran and served our country with the U.S Air Force. He was a district sales manager for various publishing companies in Tennessee, Georgia and Illinois. He was a member of the Lord’s church and attended Goodman Oaks church of Christ. He is survived by his mother, Lorene Duncan Edge of Southaven; sister, Tammy Edge Pruett (Gary) of Southaven; nieces, Trista Perkins of Horn Lake, Tara Perkins of Nashville, Tori Pruett and Taylor Pruett of Southaven; nephews, Jacob Pruett (Amanda) of Coldwater and Joshua Pruett of Olive Branch. He was preceded in death by his father, Earl Edge and sister, Tanna Edge Perkins.

On Thursday Oct 12, 2017 a celebration of Tim’s life will be held for family and friends. Visitation will begin at 12:30 p.m. with a memorial service following at 2 p.m. at Goodman Oaks church of Christ located at 1700 Goodman Rd E, Southaven, MS 38671. Burial, with military honors, will follow in Twin Oaks Memorial Gardens, 290 Goodman Rd E, Southaven, MS 38671.

In lieu of floral remembrances, the family requests all donations be made to Churches of Christ Disaster Relief Effort Inc and Healing Hands International.
