Albert Kelsey Hewitt

Albert Kelsey Hewitt, 81, died Friday, Feb. 4, 2022, at his home in Southaven, Mississippi.
Retired from Gold Strike Casino, he had also worked at Central Parking Systems, Mr. Pride Car Wash, and Holiday Inn Woodwork Division.
Kelsey was preceded in death by his biological parents Albert and Ella Mae Hewitt Hollingsworth, Mother Coreba Thomas Hewitt, Father Jefferson L. Hewitt, brother Tommy Hewitt, sisters Katherine Marie Hollingsworth Pylant and Betty Ann Hollingsworth Peden, daughter Melinda Hope Hewitt Thompson and son William Kelsey Hewitt.
He is survived by his wife of 60 years Wanda Jean Engler Hewitt of Southaven, MS., daughter Penny Hardy and husband Mike of Williston, TN., son Michael Hewitt of Southaven, MS., six grandchildren, Adam, Amanda, Chris, Kyle, Leigh Ann, Nick, and five great-grandchildren.
Honoring his wishes, there will be a private burial service at Hermitage Memorial Gardens in Nashville, TN.
