September 15, 2023 at 4:46 pmI knew Cecil from the railroad. He was “a good guy.” He worked a long time in the callers’ office. There were some good friends in the callers’ office like “Cowboy” Davis, Sidney White and others. Sidney used to do pranks on Cecil. Cecil took the joking in good spirits. He was low key and had a good sense of humor.
