Curtis O. Gardner, 78, went home on Sunday, August 2, 2020.Twin Oaks Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Curtis was born on March 12, 1942 in Raleigh, Tennessee. He was a member of Baptist in Memphis and the Electrical Union. Most of all Curtis loved his family more than anything. He will be greatly missed for the unconditional love he gave, the smile that lit up a room, and the hugs that gave comfort and strength.
Curtis is survived by his loving wife of 53 years, Jan Gardner; daughter, Crystal Martin; grandchildren, Amanda and Christopher Appleton; great-grandchildren, Lathin and Caleb Davis, Jared Byrd, and Haeden Eastling; great great-grandchildren, Aiden, Abbygail and Kenzie Davis, and Grayson and Kayden Byrd; two brothers, Buddy and Ronnie Gardner.
He is preceded in death by his parents and children, Christopher Appleton and Larry McKenzie.
