Gary Lucian Booth, 75, passed away in his loving home on May 5, 2021. Family will be receiving friends on Monday, May 10, 2021 from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. with a funeral service starting at 3:00 p.m. at Twin Oaks Funeral Home (290 Goodman Road East Southaven, MS 38671). Interment will follow at Twin Oaks Memorial Gardens (290 Goodman Road East Southaven, MS 38671).

Gary Booth was born on January 30, 1946 in Corning, Arkansas. Some of his pastimes when he was younger were hunting and fishing. He was also part of Heavy Equipment Union in Memphis, Tennessee. Gary loved spending his free time doing yard work. He also enjoyed anything that had to do with horses or cars. Most of all Gary loved his family and his dog Gus. Gary will truly be missed for his contagious smile and warm hugs that many grew to love.

He leaves behind his loving wife of 54 years, Joyce Booth; daughter, Tina Christine Booth Monteith; grandchildren, Candice Lee Monteith, Jason Lee Booth, Savanna Lynn Booth, Zachary Lance Booth; and son-in-law, Ben Schwartz and Zachary Brewer; and brother, Robert Earl Booth. He also leaves behind nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends who will miss and love him dearly.

He is preceded in death by his son, Gary Lee Booth, parents, Olen and Mary Louise Booth; and 11 siblings.
