Glen Steven Hooker passed away on Wednesday, December 07, 2022, at his home in Walls Mississippi at the age of 58. Visitation will be Tuesday December 13, 2022, at 11:00 a.m., following a Funeral service at 1:00pm located at Twin Oaks Memorial Gardens and Funeral Home, 290 Goodman Road E., Southaven, MS, 38671. Interment will follow at Memphis Funeral Home and Memorial Gardens, 3700 N. Germantown Pkwy, Bartlett, TN, 38133 at 3:00pm.
Glen Steven Hooker was born on June 17, 1964, to Gerald Randolph Hooker Sr and Phyllis Joan Hooker in Memphis, Tennessee. He was well known in the dealership world for his hard work ethics as parts manager during his working years. Those who knew him would describe him as a Kind Sweet hearted man of Calvary Baptist Church of Horn Lake, Mississippi. Glen enjoyed doing a lot of things but the thing he was most proud of was being a grandfather and a family man.
Mr. Hooker is survived by his loving wife of 16 years Sandy Sue Hooker; Mother; Phyllis Joan Hooker; 2 Children; Glenda Joe Wilkinson and Robert Allen Chamblee; 4 Grandchildren; Brianna Chamblee, Frances Wilkinson, Dalton, and Shelby Farmer; 1 Great-Grandchild; Saylor Jones; 2 Brothers; Randy & Brant Hooker and a host of nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his Father; Gerald Randolph Hooker Sr.; Brother; John Cory Hooker and 2 Sons; Donald Ray Farmer and Bilbo Benton (Ben) Chamblee
