Jack Kent Talbert, Sr., 70, passed away on Thursday, November 19, 2020. Twin Oaks Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Jack K. Talbert, Sr. was born on February 4, 1950 in McComb, MS. Some of his interest were reading and watching sports. He was a member of Minor Memorial United Methodist Church. Jack retired from Kelloggs in Memphis after 30 years. Jack was a proud father and grandfather. He will truly be missed by many.
He is survived by his loving wife of 51 years, Patsy Talbert; sons, Jack K. Talbert, Jr., Randy K. (Nancy E.) Talbert, and Brian (Tabitha) Talbert; grandchildren, Mathew D. Talbert, Hunter K. Talbert, Jaxon R. Talbert, Susanna E. Swanner, and Ranie A. Talbert; siblings, Ricky L. Horton, Randy Horton, and Gail Lackey; and a host of nieces and nephews.
Jack is preceded in death by his parents, Jack Smith Talbert and Lynell Horton; and brother, Mike Talbert.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made out to in honor of Jack K. Talbert, Sr. Minor Memorial United Methodist Church (6120 Goodman Rd, Walls, MS 38680) or donor’s choice.
