87, was born July 29, 1929 in Calhoun County, MS and passed away November 25, 2016 at Senatobia Health and Rehab in Senatobia, MS. Mr. Grist was a member of Calvary Baptist Church, a retired baker for Kroger, and was an Army veteran. He is survived by his wife, Billie Ruth Grist; two sons, James Michael Grist and Mark Edward Grist; one brother, William Albert Grist; and three grandchildren, Nikki Grist, Tiffany Sharp, and Johnathan Hopper. Visitation will be

at Twin Oaks Funeral Home in Southaven. Burial will follow in Twin Oaks Memorial Gardens in Southaven.
