She is survived by her husband of 35 years, Gene Howlett; one son, Timothy McIntyre; two daughters, Terri Parker and Jean Ann Howlett; mother, Georgia Mae Burks; one brother, Henry E. Burks (Thresia); one sister, Betty Jo Foster; nine grandchildren, Darren, Lainey, Hunter, Jeremy, Amber, Whitney, Patricia, Jessica, and Emily; and three great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her father, Henry Fred Burks and one daughter, Carla McNeely. Visitation will be
