Mr. Huckaby was Baptist, worked in maintenance for the DeSoto County Schools, and he owned a Barber Shop in Memphis, TN. He is survived by his wife of 55 years, Sue Huckaby of Horn Lake; one son, Jason Huckaby and his wife, Heather of Horn Lake; one daughter, Sheila Hicks and her husband, Keith of Walls, MS; and three grandchildren, Jared Hicks, Isaac Huckaby, and Chloe Huckaby. at Twin Oaks Funeral Home in Southaven, MS. Burial will follow in Twin Oaks Memorial Gardens in Southaven. The family requests that any memorials be made to the Alzheimer’s Foundation.
