Karen June Phillips, age 77, passed away on December 4, 2021, in Walls, MS. Visitation will be on Thursday, December 9, 2021 from 6:00-7:00 pm. Funeral services will be on Friday, December 10, 2021, at 11:00 am followed by burial. All services will be at Twin Oaks Memorial Gardens & Funeral Home in Southaven, MS.
Mrs. Phillips was born on November 28, 1944, in Illinois, to Grover and Gertrude Dassing. She was a Christian and of the Baptist faith. She was the greatest mother and grandmother anyone could have.
Karen leaves behind her children, Larry, Alicia, Michael (Baby Boy) and Christina; grandchildren, David, Dameon, Cody, Josh, Jesse, Nikolai, and Selik; great-grandchildren, Daniel, Brayden, Ryland, River, and Kade; siblings, Rita, Diane, Linda; and other family, Vicky, Cindy, Cheryl, Pat, and Bean.
She is preceded in death by her husband of 40 years, John Phillips, and great-grandchild David Jr.Funeral services will be on Friday, December 10, 2021, at 11:00 am followed by burial. All services will be at Twin Oaks Memorial Gardens & Funeral Home in Southaven, MS.
