Larry Lee Darling, age 79, passed away January 11, 2022, in Byhalia, MS. Visitation will be on Saturday, January 15, 2022, at 10:00 am followed by a Funeral service at 11:00 am in the Chapel of Twin Oaks Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Twin Oaks Memorial Gardens.
Larry was born on May 22, 1942, in Booneville, Mississippi to Eason and Irene Darling. He worked for the United States Postal Service retiring after 42 years. He enjoyed playing golf and being a member of USCGA, fishing and hunting. He also loved watching all types of sporting events, especially the Ole Miss Rebels. He was a Christian and a member of Heartland Church in Southaven, Mississippi.
Larry leaves behind his two children, Cheri Darling-Swords (Tommy) & Dina Darling, 7 Grandchildren; Kelsey, Malorie, Joshua, Hannah, Ashley, Lauren, & Baylee. 3 Great-Grandchildren; Gabriel, Brayden & Shiloh.
He was preceded in death by his wife Judy of 50 years, daughter Lori & his parents Eason & Irene Darling.
