LARRY W. COOPER,
born on January 3, 1936 in Memphis, TN to Thelma Wray Gonzales Cooper and John R. Cooper, Jr. died on June 13, 2015 in Germantown, TN. He was preceded in death by his parents and by a brother, John R. Cooper, III. He leaves behind his brother and sister-in-law who cared for him, Glen and Cheryl Cooper of Southaven, MS; a sister, Janet (Tom) Bullock, of Southaven, MS; and a brother, Will (Sue) Cooper of Phoenix, AZ along with nieces, nephews, and friends all over the world, especially in the places he lived – California, Hawaii, and Alabama. Larry was programming computers before the world knew what they were. He traveled the world and loved to entertain. He will be missed. It was Larry’s request that there not be a funeral and it is the family’s request that any memorial tributes go to the American Cancer Society. Arrangements are in the care of Twin Oaks Funeral Home in Southaven.
