Laura Knight, 91, Kellogg’s retiree, died on August 16, 2021, at her home surrounded by her loving family. Twin Oaks Funeral Home is entrusted with arrangements.
She is survived by her daughter, Linda Knight Barton (Mike); grandchildren, Brent Barton (Susan), Mica Jetton (Chad), and Laura Thornbury (Tim); great-grandchildren, Mikaela Barton, Hope Barton, Summer Barton, and Alayna Jetton; and her siblings, Dot Hoover, Betty Spurlock, and Jack Dillard.
In addition to her parents, Ms. Knight was proceeded in death by her brother, Bud Dillard.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial donations in honor of Laura Knight be donated to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 262 Danny Thomas Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
