Margie LaNell Foy, 87, passed away on Wednesday, September 2, 2020, in Southaven, Mississippi. Twin Oaks Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Margie was born on August 15, 1933, in Vicksburg, MS. She was a member of Colonial Hills Baptist Church. A organization that she took part of was the Eastern Stars. Most of all Margie loved her family. She will be greatly missed for the unconditional love she gave, the smile that lit up a room, and the hugs that gave comfort and strength.
She is survived by her sons, Thomas Foy and Thurston Foy; grandchildren, Robert Thomas Foy, Cassandra Grace Greer, Tara Michelle Foy; great-grandchildren, Nova Grace Greer, Ruby Sloan Greer, and one on the way; brother, Robert Franklin Haver.
Margie is preceded in death by her husband of more than 50 years, Robert Wayne Foy; parents, Harold Franklin and Pearla Bella Haver; brother, JH Reeves; and sister, Elizabeth Barfield.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made in honor of Margie Foy to Kirk Baptist Church (6365 Raleigh/LaGrange Collierville, TN 38017).
