Norma Jean Taylor, age 85, passed away August 19, 2022, in Cumming, Georgia. Visitation will be held on Thursday, August 25, 2022, from 6:00pm – 8:00pm at Twin Oaks Memorial Gardens and Funeral Home, 290 Goodman Road E., Southaven, Mississippi, 38671.
Norma Jean Taylor graduated from Grundy Center High School in Grundy Center, IA. She married Everett, had two children in Carol Stream, IL and then moved to the Memphis TN area. Subsequently, they moved to Southaven, MS. After her husband’s passing, she moved into a nursing home in Cumming, GA near her sister, Carolyn. She worked for many years in the insurance industry for Nationwide Insurance and retired from Priority Insurance as a Subrogation Specialist. She will be missed dearly by all.
Jean is survived by her son and his wife; Mark Allen & Stephanie Taylor, grandson and children; Christopher, Khloe & Kami, sister, and her husband; Carolyn & Richard Williams.
She is preceded in death by Her parents; Leon & Leona Geosling, husband; Everett Murphy Taylor, son; Jeffery Lynn Taylor, and grandson; Jeffery Alexander (Alex) Taylor
