Phyllis Marie Yates Russell

Phyllis Marie Yates Russell, 75, passed away January 21, 2019 in Southaven, Mississippi.  Funeral Services will be held at Twin Oaks Memorial Gardens and Funeral Home, Wednesday, January 23, 2019 at 2:00 P.M.  Mrs. Russell was preceded in death by her parents, a brother Kenneth Yates, and a sister Arba Miller.  Survivors include her husband Charles Tallman, Hamilton, Alabama; a son Steve Bedell and wife Vickie, Amarillo, Texas; daughter Lynn Rogers and husband Mark, Cypress, Texas; four grandchildren; Michael Bedell, Shelby Beatty, Sidney Beatty, and Samantha Beatty, sister-in-law Dorothy Yates, Horn Lake, Mississippi, and many nieces and nephews.
