Robert “Bob” Garey, 87, passed away Monday, May 4, 2020, at his home in Olive Branch, Mississippi. Burial will be in Twin Oaks Memorial Gardens.
Bob was a U.S. Army veteran and served time in Korea. He retired from General Electric Memphis Lamp Plant. He was also a member of Heartland Church.
Survivors include his wife of 63 years Mrs. Pat Garey, three children; Sherry Criddle and husband Benny, Charlotte Harris, and James Garey, five grandchildren; Kevin Criddle and wife Stacy, Kelly Knight and husband Brady, Daniel Harris, Sunny Geiger and husband Thomas, and Robert Garey and wife Karman, ten great-grandchildren; Caleb, Kendyl, Aiden, Ty, Lucy Claire, Tanner, Ashlyn, Hannah, and Aaron, sister-in-law, Mary Garey, and numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital.
