WALTER THOMAS “TOMMY” SCHINGLE,
63, was born April 22, 1953 in Memphis, TN and passed away August 5, 2016 at his home. Tommy graduated fromMemphis Catholic School in 1972, became a master plumber, owned Midtown Plumbing, and was a Navy veteran, serving as a welder on the USS William C. Lawe. He is survived by his wife of 16 years, Beverly P. Schingle; one stepdaughter, Desiree Waters and her husband, Darrell; one brother, Mark A. Schingle and his wife, Stacey; two sisters, Susan Cohn and her husband, Howard and Kathy S. Mitchell; three grandchildren, Gage Rhodes, Zoey Chambers, and Gabriel Waters; and six nephews, Matthew, Stan, Adam, Jason, Tyler, and Nash. He was preceded in death by his parents, Sonny and Bettye Schingle. The wake will be

at St. Paul Catholic Church, 1425 East Shelby Drive, Memphis, TN. Inurnment will follow at Calvary Cemetery, 1663 Elvis Presley Boulevard, Memphis, TN. The family requests that any memorials be made to St. Paul Catholic Church
