WAYNE BILLS, 66, was born December 11, 1949 in Lucy, TN and passed away January 3, 2016 at Methodist North Hospital. Wayne was a member of Shelby Forest Baptist Church on Memphis, TN. Survivors include his wife of 41 years, Mary Ann Bills; four sons, Edward Wayne Bills II, Thomas Allen “Tommy” Bills, James Paul “Jimmy” Bills, and Matthew Daniel Bills; one brother, Douglas Maurice Bills; and four grandchildren, Chamerea Bills, Thomas Allen Bills II, Lexi Miranda Bills, and Olivia Marie Bills. He was preceded in death by his parents, Tulis Wade Bills, Sr., and Gladys Brown Bills; two sisters, Kit Bills Gipson and Barbara Ann Gill; and four brothers, Tullis Wade Bills, Jr., Billy Gene Bills, Gary Allen Bills, and Tommy Bills. Visitation will be Friday, January 8, 2016 from 1pm until the service begins at 2pmat Twin Oaks Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Twin Oaks Memorial Gardens in Southaven.

June 10, 2017 at 5:44 pmI am the youngest son of Wayne’s brother Gary. I remember Wayne from my childhood when we would come to Memphis on vacation. I am sorry for your loss but I would greatly appreciate the chance to connect with my father’s side of my family, as I know very little about any of them.
